Symptom narrative

Inappropriate Age of Administration; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 6-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5G23D, expiry date 21-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 12-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate Age of Administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-FEB-2026 The nurse requested data on the administration of Kinrix to a child under the age of 4 (6-month-old).
