Symptom narrative

Inappropriate Age of Administration; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 6-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5G23D, expiry date 21-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 12-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate Age of Administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
