Symptom narrative

Red, warm diffuse rash that appears to be an injection site reaction that started approximately 48 hours post-injection. Itched on day 2, but does not itch today, 72 hours post-injection, and no signs of fever. Patient reports rash is less red than yesterday and has no defined border or streaking. Rash not fully resolved but appears to be improving.

Medical history

PCOS, hyperlipidemia, depression, Class III obesity

Other medications

Tirzepatide (Zepbound) 2.5 mg injected under the skin once a week on Sundays.

Allergies

No known drug or food allergies noted by patient.

Lab data

none yet - messaging PCP for further guidance, but this dose completed the series.
