Symptom narrative

Patient had some inflammation and redness on the left arm later on in the same day that the vaccine was administered. The affected area on her arm slowly expanded and radiated downwards, with her pain and discomfort increasing. The pharmacist recommended that the patient take some NSAIDs over the counter and if it were to worsen or if her pain were to increase, to go see a doctor.
