Feeling unwell; General sense of discomfort; Low-grade fever; Fatigue; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of MALAISE (Feeling unwell), DISCOMFORT (General sense of discomfort), PYREXIA (Low-grade fever) and FATIGUE (Fatigue) in a male patient of an unknown age who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included Alzheimer's disease. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced MALAISE (Feeling unwell), DISCOMFORT (General sense of discomfort), PYREXIA (Low-grade fever) and FATIGUE (Fatigue). At the time of the report, MALAISE (Feeling unwell), DISCOMFORT (General sense of discomfort), PYREXIA (Low-grade fever) and FATIGUE (Fatigue) had resolved. No concomitant medications were provided. The patient had received all Moderna COVID 19 vaccinations. However, it was unclear whether he had received a vaccine within the past six-month interval. The patient experienced only mild reactions, such as feeling unwell for a day or two, with symptoms including a low-grade fever, fatigue, and a general sense of discomfort. However, it was clarified that those symptoms were not severe and occurred with each dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. The patient did not experience any additional symptoms/events.
