Patient was provided the high-dose flu vaccine on 2/12/2026 and came to the clinic on 2/17/2026 complaining of swelling of hands, inflamed joint and felt bumps under skin. Patient was seen by PCP on 2/20/2026 for a follow up and states that her symptoms have been improving daily since that time.
