Patient presented to the pharmacy consultation window reporting continued pain since injection. Patient is concerned as it has been 2 months and attempted to remedy at home with cold compress and OTC medications. Spoke with patient regarding her continued issues, told her to follow up with provider regarding further treatment. Patient mentioned having trouble lifting arm, pain radiating through the arm.
