Symptom narrative

L thigh erythema and induration at injection site 3-5 days after injection, improving spontaneously; maculopapular rash on the trunk, extremities, bilateral cheeks developed 4 days after injection. Parent administered one dose of antihistamine without change. Patient otherwise well without fever. Had single outpatient clinic visit with no additional treatment prescribed.
