Symptom narrative

RN mistakenly administered MMRV (Proquad) and Varicella. No adverse reactions noted at clinic. Discussed with PCP Dr patient's pediatrician. Mother of patient was advised to report any fever to PCP or RN immediately. ED precautions given.
