NO ADVERSE REACTIONS NOTED. Live vaccine was given to patient while taking prednisone 10 mg once every other day which is not recommended due to immunosuppressive properties. Nurse has called and informed patient of this and advised her and family members to monitor closely for any signs of a reaction. Nurse also informed patient what signs to look for (high fevers, fully body rash, etc) and advised them to follow ER precautions promptly if any of these occur.
