Patient has right arm weakness and pain since vaccination on 2/16. She says her arm was in excruciating pain that night. She says that the day she got the injection, she had severe pain of right upper arm, some mild swelling and redness of the area as well. Since then she has consistently had pain and feels that her upper outer arm is weak. She can tell that it "feels off" but it is hard to describe. She has normal ROM of motion of her shoulder, elbow, and hands, but feels weakness of her upper arm the most when she abducts and adducts her shoulder.

Nephrotic syndrome, comedonal acne, essential hypertension, tachycardia, serum creatinine above reference range, headaches
Losartan 25mg PO once daily. Slynd 4mg PO once daily. Adapalene 0.1% topical gel.
