Symptom narrative

Got immunization 2/26/2026 in her left leg - the next day her leg was swollen and red - it was tender to touch but otherwise she did not seem to be in any pain and was moving her leg well The area is still swollen - not getting better and is still red , mom is applying warm compresses No fever, no pain other than when touched, eating and drinking well, no vomiting, normal stool and UO Pt's mom was told to go to ER on 3-5-26 and was prescribed antibiotics
