she had extreme pain on the side of her deltoid; rash; This Spontaneous report was received from the Patient concerning herself, a 55 -year-old Female non pregnant patient. The patient's concurrent condition included high blood pressure. She had none drug reactions or allergies. The patient's past medications and medical history were not reported. The patient's concomitant medication included Valsartan, Omeprazole, Rimantadine and Duloxetine. On 25-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) 0.5ml Solution for injection administered on her deltoid for vaccination (lot#, expiration date and route of administration were not provided). On the same day, when she first received the vaccine, she had extreme pain on the side of her deltoid (Vaccination site pain). On an unspecified day in 2026, reported as "Now", a rash had developed and it did not seem to be going away. Patient had reached out to her doctor for more information but had not heard back yet. Patient stated she was weary about getting Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) because it was so new. At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from the events. The Patient considered the events to be related to Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) as she regretted getting it because she had pain and rash.
