Symptom narrative

Patient got first Shingrix vaccine 2/28, on 3/1 noticed arm soreness and 3 quarter sized welts on left arm where injection given. At 1am on 3/5/26, patient woke up with a lot of pain on left side at bottom of rib cage...no swelling, nothing visual to see on skin-internal. Patient tried taking Tylenol but didn't help the pain. I suggested ibuprofen, hot pack or cool pack.
