Symptom narrative

Patient woke up with a very sore painful arm, pain radiating down arm, swollen with a large red circle around the area, tender and hot to the touch, decreased range of motion as well. She iced the area, took a benadryl and advil, and marked the diameter of the redness tonight. She will go to her PCP in the morning if it has not improved.
