Symptom narrative

As patient was talking to nurse he lost consciousness for 10 minutes. Patient abruptly stopped talking and started to drool the water that he was drinking. His head was tiled down held. After a few sternal rubs the patient came to stating that he was feeling better. His feet were then placed up by foot stool.Patient continued to drink water and stay for an additional 30 minutes.
