localized redness, itchiness, and swelling within 24 hours, approximately 2 inches in diameter. at 48 hours, redness and swelling has grown to approximately 6 inches in diameter. no systemic symptoms. patient is currently taking Tylenol and using cold packs on the injection site. will continue to monitor injection site.
