After vaccination, patient was instructed to lie down for 15 minutes, however, patient sat up in chair. Mother was in room with patient when patient reports feeling dizzy and had syncopal episode and fell from chair and hit her head. Patient was arousable, awake and alert after event and Vital signs were stable. Patient admitted to not having any food prior to coming to office and patient was provided with a light snack and water which she stated helped her feel better. Upon mother's request, patient was transferred to ER for evaluation via EMS.
