Urticaria

Symptom narrative

A patient received 2nd doses of MMR and Varicella vaccines. Pt left and was brought back to clinic about 30 minutes later with hives on face, abdomen, and arms. Pt vitals were all stable. Provider ordered 6.25 mg of Benadryl. We monitored pt for 20 minutes and then provider said pt was good to go home.
