Symptom narrative

Patient was given a pediatric Hep A dose instead of adult Hep A dose. No reaction, signs or symptoms. Public health was contacted and discussed what happened. Patient was notified that she should be fine, physically, just that she should come back in 6 months to get the adult dose. Patient had already been seen for an appointment before the vaccines and did not need to come back to follow up. She is just considered under dosed for this vaccine.
