Symptom narrative

Approximately 4-5 hours after vaccine administration, I had an acute asthma attack. My asthma had been previously controlled until this point. I used my rescue inhaler, but I still had chest tightness after. All of my joints swelled up, turned red, and were warm to the touch. I was not able to turn my neck due to stiffness and pain. I developed vertigo that lasted a week after the administration. I was nauseous and had no appetite.
