Lab data

Reported pain to my doctor on February 2nd when I noticed the pain wasn't normal. Was told to go to Ortho walk in clinic. Decided to go to Urgent Care on February 15th and seen a Nurse Practitioner who referred me to rehabilitation and prescribed lidocaine patches. When I called rehabilitation to set up appointments, I was told my family doctor had to send in a referral which she did. I went to a rehabilitation evaluation on February 25th 2026 and had my first appointment on March 4th 2026. So far we have done activity therapy, steroid meds, and massage therapy which hasn't helped. My therapist talked about an ultrasound and another therapy session and if it doesn't help, sending me to Ortho for further indepth testing.
