Hepatitis B antibody titer was low; This Literature (Spontaneous) report has been received from the authors of a published article, titled as stated below and referred to a 72 -year-old Male patient with a history of end stage renal disease and chronic positive hepatitis B core antibody since 2020. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) Suspension for injection (dose, lot#, expiration date, route of administration and anatomical site were not provided) for Prophylaxis. On an unknown date, reported as " a year ago" (unknown date of contact with the patient), he received his last Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) Suspension for injection (dose, lot#, expiration date, route of administration and anatomical site were not provided) as his hepatitis B antibody titer was low (Hepatitis B antibody abnormal). It was unclear if he received any booster doses. On an unknown date, the patient experienced Hepatitis B antibody titer was low (Hepatitis B antibody abnormal). It was reported that the patient had a hepatitis B reactivation. The Authors considered the event Hepatitis B antibody abnormal to be related to Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant).
