administered expired vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 61-year-old patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number xa53y, expiry date 19-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 26-FEB-2026, the patient received Arexvy. On 26-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administered expired vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-FEB-2026 Nurse reported that the dilutant had an expiry date of 19-NOV-2025 and a lot number of 4t443. The component had an expiry date of 05-NOV-2026 and a lot number of 4jt43.
