Right arm pain; having problems walking this morning/ can barely walk today; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of pain in arm in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included knee pain (pre-existing knee pain). On 26-FEB-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (intramuscular, right arm). On 27-FEB-2026, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced walking difficulty (Verbatim: having problems walking this morning/ can barely walk today). On an unknown date, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: Right arm pain). The outcome of the pain in arm and walking difficulty were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain in arm and walking difficulty to be related to Shingrix. The patient complained that her right arm hurts so much it was painful to move and she had pre-existing knee problems but can hardly walk today. She realized she was having problems walking this morning and stated maybe the fact it was cloudy today is making her not be able to walk.
