administered 3 doses of Kinrix to 3 different patients who are less than 4 years; Kinrix as a 4th dtap dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 42Y93) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: administered 3 doses of Kinrix to 3 different patients who are less than 4 years) and inappropriate schedule of product administration (Verbatim: Kinrix as a 4th dtap dose). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and inappropriate schedule of product administration were not applicable.
