A 4 week old patient received Rotarix today on 2/26/2026; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-week-old female patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) (batch number J757k, expiry date 05-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. On 26-FEB-2026, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation. On 26-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: A 4 week old patient received Rotarix today on 2/26/2026). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 26-FEB-2026 The reporter was asking anything that should be aware off, any danger, side effects.
