Expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 34MF9, expiry date 13-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 26-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 26-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered).
