Kinrix administered to a 11-year-old; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 11-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3C423, expiry date 06-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 08-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administered to a 11-year-old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:26-FEB-2026 The practice manager reported that she had a patient come in the office on 08-JAN-2026 first time there and had presented vaccine record from another country and for some reason was given Kinrix . Patient was 11 years then. She tried to find out if the component of the dose (DTap-IPV) was valid or has to get Tdap and IPV separately? Healthcare professional said looks like they were due for Tdap and polio. She stated they are foreign records and are notoriously difficult to read.
