Symptom narrative

Patient already received a previous Fluzone High-Dose on 1/6/26 and then receive a second dose yesterday, 3/5/26.Patient did not have any adverse effects so far outside of a slightly sore arm yesterday that resolved overnight. The patient was told to watch out for any other signs of a reaction and to report anything to us. He even said he felt "quite dandy".
