Symptom narrative

Pt developed erythematous rash on left thigh where injections were given. Area was slightly painful to touch. Pt walked on tipped toes and limping a little for about 1 week.

Current illness

Patient had stuffy nose, runny nose, and abdominal pain on 2/03/2026. Symptoms were already gone by the time patient returned on 2/19/2026 for vaccine
