Symptom narrative

12/20/25: Had slight fever - treated with 2 Advils; 12/27/25: Had lower back strain - treated with 2 Advils; 12/28/25: Had sudden onset numbness & tingling from feet to up under my breasts, within 20-30min legs went limp/no strength; called 911 and was rushed to Hospital ER; from start of numbness to arrival at ER was within 1hr (1-2pm);

Medical history

Asthma, chronic bronchitis, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, osteoarthritis (knees, ankles)

Other medications

Monjauro; Metformin; Diltiazem; HCTZ; Losartan; Megafoods 55+ Women's multivitamin (no iron); Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate 10 Probiotics (13billion); Sacch Boulardii; Carlson Solar Gems Omega 3 (2000ui)

Allergies

Severe allergy to shellfish, cats, dustmite, cockroaches; moderate allergy to peanuts & nuts; had adverse reaction to erythromycin and regular flu vaccine (have to take preservative-free flu vaccines)

Lab data

Had 3 MRIs: 12/28/25, 12/29/25, 12/30/25; Had 2 Lumbar punctures: 12/29/25, 12/30/25; MRIs, Lumbar Lunctures and bloodwork eventually confirmed Acute Transverse Myelitis with MOGAD
