Symptom narrative

became ill within days with high fever, etc., and stopped talking, reading, drawing, playing with toys, playing with tablet device; ability to speak has never returned. lost ability and interest in swimming or playing outside on swing set -- had to relearn those skills. Other skills have not returned. Total change in cognitive ability that has not improved at all over time. Went from high-functioning to very low-functioning. Adverse effects are ongoing from Sep 2020 through Mar 2026
