Symptom narrative

Patient received the vaccine on 2/27/26. On 3/5/26 her arm was red and itching. It improved the morning of 3/6/26, but got red and itchy again after she worked out. Patient came into the pharmacy on 3/7/26 and reported the incident. I recommended she take some Benadryl and apply OTC hydrocortisone cream to the rash and contact her doctor on Monday if the rash doesn't improve.
