Symptom narrative

My wife was given an incorrect manufacture HEP-B injection. She had been receiving Energerix series. She has confirmed with the pharmacist several times that this injection was for Energerix, but the pharmacist injected her with an incorrect manufacture (HEPLISAV-B). Even just before the injection, my wife had asked the pharmacist again, but the pharmacist injected my wife without even responding.
