Symptom narrative

Patient had vaccines administered on 3/5/2026. On 3/7/2026, she reported some redness/swelling at the injection site as well as pain at the injection site. Patient was seen at urgent care on 3/7/26 and they prescribed triamcinolone cream and cephalexin (as a precaution in case of infection).

back pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, depression, anxiety, migraine, diabetes
