Mnexspike administered in the right deltoid muscle at approx 2:12pm on 3/8/26. Pt immediately felt light headed and with partner's help, sat herself down on the floor to lie down. Pharmacist stayed to assist. Pt was offered a bottle of orange juice to drink to help regulate her system a bit. Pt was given 5-10mins to rest. Pt sat herself back down on the chair for another vaccine to be administered. Boostrix was administered in the left deltoid. Pt developed brief head nodding movements, was staring for approx 10 seconds, no facial expression, followed by body stiffening. Pt finally regained consciousness after what seemed to be a long 10 seconds. Pt was advised to stay in the counseling room with her partner. Pt seemed alert and was asking what happened. Pharmacist checked in with the pt a couple more times. Pt was advised to follow up with primary care provider, after which i learned pt does not have one.
