No other AE; a child being administered a dose of expired VAQTA; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 2-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 25-FEB-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) Injection, strength reported as 25/0.5, 0.5 milliliter (mL), lot #Y008285 (which has been verified to be a valid lot number for Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated Injection), expiration date reported and upon internal validation establish as 24-NOV-2025 (dosage, route and anatomical site of administration were not provided) administered for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No adverse event reported.
