No additional AE/no PQC; inadvertent administration of expired VARIVAX to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 04-Mar-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with expired dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), powder and solvent for solution for injection, lot #X024648, expiration date: 11-Oct-2025) (dose, dose number, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided), administered for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No additional adverse events and no product quality complaint (PQC) were reported.
