will not take the second shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a adult female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Varicella zoster vaccine (received first dose on an unknown date.). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, the patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: will not take the second shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 01-MAR-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient had it and took the first shot, however the patient declined the second shot. The patient stated that the shot was horrible, instead, the patient chose to proceed with the shingles.
