28 years old patient received a pediatric dose of Engerix-B; 28 years old patient received a pediatric dose of Engerix-B; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 28-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B pediatric) (batch number 4D333, expiry date 14-AUG-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (patient received first and second dose on unknown date with unknown batch and expiry date.). On 02-MAR-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Engerix B pediatric. On 02-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: 28 years old patient received a pediatric dose of Engerix-B) and adult use of a child product (Verbatim: 28 years old patient received a pediatric dose of Engerix-B). The outcome of the underdose and adult use of a child product were not applicable.
