Underaged administration of Kinrix vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 42Y93, expiry date 05-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 24-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 24-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Underaged administration of Kinrix vaccine). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
