Symptom narrative

administered 1 dose of Kinrix to a 19 months old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 19-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 27G79, expiry date 24-FEB-2028) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: administered 1 dose of Kinrix to a 19 months old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-MAR-2026 The administered Kinrix vaccine dose was the 5th dose of DTaP. The reporter was ask was the dosing of the Kinrix DTaP the same as the one in Pediarix and in Infanrix, was there any safety concerns for this patient. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
