Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Mild, Systemic: Reports of weakness, patient did not report pain at injection site, bleeding at site-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: Post administration, patient reported feeling lightheaded. Patient placed in supine position with legs elevated. Vitals signs obtained and stable. Patient with history of lightheadedness with sight of blood. Observed patient for 15 minutes. Denies shortness of breath, chest pain. Patient reported feeling better after 15 minutes but stated he still felt weak and slightly diaphoretic. Advised patient to arrange transportation as he should not drive if still symptomatic.
