Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Systemic: Vomiting-Medium, Additional Details: Patient fainted few minutes after receiving Tdap and IPOL, she regained consciouseness shortly and her BP was measured and the value was low (54/48 mmHg). 911 was called and BP was measured about 3 mins later prior to 911 arrival, and was 93/68 mmHg. 911 came and her vitals were taken and were normal. pt was taken to ER for proper medical check up
