Symptom narrative

In the first 12 hours, I experienced severe injection site tenderness, arm swelling, nausea and vomiting. Then I felt dizzy, lightheaded, and close to fainting on the second day. I also began having facial flushing, tongue and lip swelling, and burning in the mouth. At 48 hours, I had a sore throat and hoarse voice. The injection site also began itching. I was severely dehydrated during this time as well despite increased fluid intake. I went to the Emergency Room 3 days after the injection and was treated with IV fluids and Benadryl.
