Vaccine administered at 14:40pm. Potential allergic reaction reported at 15:00. Patient was still in clinic. 15:02 p epinephrine auto injector 0.3mg administered, 911 activated. Transported in stable condition (awake, alert, oriented x 4, sitting upright in wheelchair) to Emergency Room per Fire Rescue.
