Symptom narrative

A patient received a Pfizer ped 5-11 COVID vaccine that was subsequently found to be expired. The patient's caregiver was notified of the expired product on 2/27. The MOC was offered revaccination and they declined. There is no documentation of adverse reactions or subsequent COVID infection.
