Symptom narrative

A patient received a Pfizer ped 5-11 COVID vaccine that was subsequently found to be expired. The patient's caregiver was notified of the expired product on 3/2. The FOC was offered revaccination and they declined. There is no documentation of adverse reactions or subsequent COVID infection.

patient RSV positive at immunization visit with mild symptoms.
