Symptom narrative

A patient received a Pfizer ped 5-11 COVID vaccine that was subsequently found to be expired. The patient's caregiver was notified of the expired product on 3/2. The MOC was offered revaccination but the believe the patient currently has COVID (unsure if this was confirmed with positive test). MOC plans to schedule another vaccine if patient does not have COVID.
