Symptom narrative

We had a PPV patient come in 6 months old that was due to receive 6-month-old vaccines. A combo dose of Kinrix was used for her Dtap/IPV. Unfortunately, with Kinrix the manufacture has specific parameters for this vaccine, which would render the dose given off label. Spoke with mother not adverse symptoms reported at this time. Mother stated will follow up with her pediatrician regarding recommendation to repeat dosage with age-appropriate vaccines.
